By registering to use the School Swimming and Water Safety Charter you are agreeing to our Terms of Use:

• The person registering for the Charter needs to be a person of authority who can maintain the relationship with Swim England.
• Proactively work with schools to provide Swim England with yearly School Swimming and Water Safety attainment figures.
• Members will proactively promote the Swim England School Swimming and Water Safety Charter to schools attending school swimming lessons at site.
• Members only use the School Swimming and Water Safety Charter materials for their intended purpose and do not reproduce, replicate or misuse the resources.
• Members agree to feature in any associated publicity / case studies by Swim England generated about the School Swimming and Water Charter.
• Members will give feedback to enable us to create insight around the state of School Swimming and Water Safety in schools in England.
• You agree to re-register before the start of the next academic year if your main point of contact changes to ensure you are using the latest resources.
