  • Members will provide yearly attainment figures for pupils achieving the national curriculum requirements in Key Stage 2.
  • Members only use the School Swimming and Water Safety Charter materials for their intended purpose and do not reproduce, replicate or misuse the resources.
  • Members agree to feature in any associated publicity / case studies by Swim England generated about the School Swimming and Water Charter.
  • Members will complete a yearly survey to enable us to create insight around the state of School Swimming and Water Safety in schools in England.
